4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

4.1 Purchases must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase

4.2 The returned product must be unworn, undamaged and in its original, saleable condition.

4.3 The item must be returned in its original packaging. Please check your purchases thoroughly before disposing of any packaging.

4.4 Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

4.5 No refund will be given for items that have been personalised to your requirements.

4.6 When returning your purchase ensure that the package is tracked and insured. Obtain proof of posting and clearly mark the parcel as fragile. We cannot take any responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit. Shipping costs are non refundable.

4.7 Refunds will be issued in the same form that was used for payment minus the postage cost. Refunds will be issued within 28 days of receiving the returned item if the eligibility criteria are met.

4.8 If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so an exchange or refund may be discussed. If an item is returned damaged (not due to a fault on our part), we may refuse the return or offer only a partial refund.
